REFUND POLICY

At Ivy Sydney, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns
We accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: gift cards, items marked as final sale, and items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at info@rosieandpearl.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you a return authorisation and instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your purchase back before you have received a return authorisation.

Refunds
Once your return reaches us and has been inspected, we will let you know by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@rosieandpearl.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected time, please first check your bank account, then contact your card provider. If you have done both and still have not received it, please contact us at info@rosieandpearl.com.
